The origins of the British end metal band Hecate Enthroned date back to mid-1993, when vocaliser Jon and guitarist Marc and Nigel first teamed in the grouping Daemonium; subsequently a year of touring Jon left the adjust to link up Cradle of Filth, only the odd members soldiered on with a variety of new recruits. Rechristened Hecate Enthroned, the mathematical group welcomed Jon back to the fold during the springtime of 1995, presently cutting a demo titled An Ode for a Haunted Wood which was later remixed and issued commercially as 1996's Promeathean Shores, Unscriptured Waters. The additions of keyboardist Michael, bassist Paul and drummer Craig solidified Hecate Enthroned's sound, and in 1997 they returned with The Slaughter of Innocence; Dour Requiems followed two days later. The group's fourth album, Kings of Chaos, was issued in early 2000.

Kate Hudson In France With New Boyfriend

Movie star Kate Hudson has been pictured with her new love Lance Armstrong in the South of France.
The couple were spotted together on a yacht with the Cannes Film Festival in full swing, reports the Daily Mirror.
The pair have reportedly been dating for weeks, despite the fact Hudson’s ex-boyfriend Owen Wilson is close friends with the former cycling champion.
Wilson himself has been getting over his second split with Hudson in far healthier fashion than last time - he’s been hanging out in a Philadelphia strip joint.

O'Neal Grateful For Kids' Support

Latest: Troubled actress Tatum O'Neal has credited her three children with ex-husband John McEnroe with giving her the support she needs to overcome her addiction problems. The former child star was busted by New York police in a raid on Sunday night, after she was caught buying cocaine from a man just three blocks from her family home. The 44-year-old has been charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanour offence, and has enrolled herself in a local Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) therapy group in a bid to remain sober. And O'Neal - who chronicled her recovery from a heroin addiction in her 2004 book A Paper Life - admits she is grateful to have her children Kevin, 22; Sean, 20, and Emily, 17, behind her. She tells U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight, "I've talked to all my kids. (They've been) very supportive." O'Neal divorced former tennis champ McEnroe in 1992 after six years of marriage. She is next due in court on 28 July .

Michelle Williams: 'It was cool to be at Cannes'

Michelle WilliamsMichelle Williams said it was "cool" to be at Cannes.

In her first public interview since the death of her former fiance Heath Ledger in January, the former Dawson's Creek actress, 27, arrived in the south of France Thursday in time to take to the red carpet premiere of her film Wendy and Lucy.

"She was very, very excited its her first trip to Cannes," the film's director, Kelly Reichardt, explained, adding that they celebrated Williams' festival debut with some "celebratory cocktails."

On Friday, Williams began promoting Synecdoche, New York, a Charlie Kaufman film costarring Philip Seymour Hoffman and Catherine Keener.

"It actually does feel kind of special to have two films at the same time," Williams said. "The film [Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island, which she's currently filming in Boston] was sweet enough to let me come here and enjoy it."

"[It's] something you can look back on at the end of your life and think, 'That was a cool thing I did when I was twenty seven'."
